1. Products & Orders

We sell Android TV streaming devices (hardware only).

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Payment & Billing

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

We reserve the right to verify payment before shipping.

If payment is declined or appears fraudulent, we may cancel your order without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our US warehouses (California / Texas).

Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and complete.

4. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Opened items are eligible for exchange only if defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team first. Do not send items back without authorization.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival).

5. Warranty

All SuperBox devices come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, firmware tampering, or normal wear and tear.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair or replace the defective product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights under applicable law.

6. Use of Products

Our devices are hardware products intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to use the product for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, piracy, or unauthorized access to content.

You are solely responsible for the content you access through the device. We do not host or control any third-party apps, streams, or content.

You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or resell the device’s firmware or software.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and product descriptions — is the property of SuperBox Shop and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any website content without our written permission.

“SuperBox” is a trademark of its respective owner. This site is an authorized retailer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product.
