SuperBox Quick Troubleshooting: Cache, HDMI & Power Cycle
If your SuperBox is slow, flickers or takes too long to open an app, start with these three low-risk checks. For persistent buffering, use the SuperBox buffering guide; for frozen apps, use the app errors guide.
1. Clear an app cache
Open Settings, choose Apps, select the affected app and clear its cache. Reopen the app and test the same content.
2. Check the HDMI path
Reseat both ends of the HDMI cable and try another TV port. If the issue follows the cable or port, replace that component before changing settings.
3. Power-cycle the setup
Turn off the TV and SuperBox, unplug both for 30 seconds, reconnect them and test again. If the problem continues, record the model, app and exact error before contacting support.
